Residential project in Parma enters next stage

Erick van Egeraat presented the luxury residential project of Parma Santa Teresa to the municipality of Parma in occasion of an official council meeting. The first phase of the project, regarding the Urban Permits was afterwards approved by a great majority vote following the presentation.
From both coalition and opposition parties, the design by Erick van Egeraat was highly appreciated for the quality of the architecture and open spaces, in relation with the historical surroundings of Parma city centre.
Erick van Egeraat and team are currently proceeding with the design for the second phase, regarding specific building permits that are due to be completed in short notice.
